Asmi Shah (RYT) is a sound therapist, yoga guide, and Pranic healer who bridges ancient Eastern traditions with modern wellness. Rooted in the Gujarati Jain rituals of her upbringing, Asmi’s personal healing path evolved through navigating the profound grief of losing her parents. She brings a grounded, highly practical approach to energy work, helping busy professionals weave spirituality into daily life to prevent burnout and reclaim their vitality.
Nira Shah (LMHC-D, RYT) is a licensed psychotherapist, yoga and meditation instructor, and mindfulness educator who integrates Eastern wisdom with Western therapy approaches to guide healing and growth. Grounded in mindfulness, her work helps folks navigate emotional distress, build resilience, and cultivate deeper meaning in life.
