Over time, this keeps our nervous system locked in a "Fight, Flight, or Freeze" response, leading to chronic exhaustion, brain fog, and physical tension.

The Nervous System Reset is a 90-minute experiential workshop designed to shift you out of survival mode and back into a state of "Rest and Digest."


What We’ll Explore

This isn't just a lecture; it’s a hands-on laboratory for your well-being. During our 90 minutes together, you will:

  • Locate Your "Off Switch": Learn simple, discreet somatic exercises to stimulate the Vagus Nerve and calm an racing heart in seconds.
  • Map Your Stress: Understand the "Polyvagal Theory" in plain English, helping you identify exactly where you are on the stress spectrum at any given moment.
  • Guided Somatic Release: Participate in a series of gentle, floor-based movements designed to "shake off" stored tension in the jaw, shoulders, and hips.
  • Co-Regulation: Experience the quiet power of healing in a safe, shared group environment.
