Join us in community for an afternoon of connection, relaxation and rejuvenation.
Prepare to unwind as you are guided through a grounding meditation and invited to experience the healing benefits of herbal teas and infused honeys. As you move through this calming sensory experience, you will be invited to reflect within through thoughtful journal prompts.
You will then be asked to soften, let go and receive the healing vibrations of sound combined with breathwork and enhanced with hands on Reiki.
Our intention is to invite you to slow down, tune into your body and what it's in need of. This will help release any tension, stress or anxiety that you may be carrying from the week. Walking away feeling lighter, refreshed and rejuvenated, with a full heart.

- Small pillow/blanket if you like to be cozy
