Liz is a a Trauma Informed Yoga teacher and a sound healing therapist , her style is hatha, gentle, grounding , yin yoga-she is also a certified Meditation facilitator and currently working on her 500 hrs YTT,I enjoy Ayurveda practices and she is the creator of Rishikesh Bliss by Liz - vegan and organic skincare and herbal topical healing sprays , she is a mom to 3 teens , a wife and a 4 cat owner , she believes in the magic within you to heal yourself.
