As you follow along in class, your body is learning as much as your brain. Just like learning new dance steps, we experience a sensation in our bodies as we learn these extrordinary somatic tools. The idea, is that you'll walk away with the ability to experience emotion without fear, and be equipped to hack your nervous system and regulate with ease.
