As noted at the August 14 Member Representatives Committee Meeting, the format for the November Board, Board Committees and MRC meetings has changed, all Board Committee meetings will be conducted as conference calls in advance of the onsite meetings. Finance and Audit and Corporate Governance will be held on October 31, Compliance and Technology and Security will be held on November 1, times are noted on NERC’s Event Calendar on NERC’s website.
The November 5 onsite meeting schedule is as follows:
Lunch: Available starting at 11:30 a.m.
Member Representatives Committee Meeting: 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Board of Trustees Open Meeting: 4:15-5:15 p.m.
Reception: 5:30-7:00 p.m.
There are NO open meetings on November 6.

• Room Block Rate: $189 US
• Room Block Available: November 1-10, 2019, with limited guest room availability.
• Hotel cut-off date: October 14, 2019
NOTE: After the cut-off date the hotel will release this block of rooms and only accept reservations on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate.
