Overview

NRP utilizes a blended learning approach, which includes on-line testing, on-line case-based simulations, and hands-on case-based class.

The Neonatal Resuscitation Program® (NRP®) course conveys an evidence-based approach to care of the newborn at birth and facilitates effective team-based care for healthcare professionals who care for newborns at the time of delivery.

**CLASS LOCATION - WAC Room 4119, with exception of 03/19/26 and 11/19/26 classes which will be held in ED Room 19

SPH EMPLOYEES PRIOR TO THE COURSE:

  • Review the Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation 9th Edition
  • Email trainingcenter@sphealth.org to have Healthstream assigned
  • Complete the NRP Healthstream (within 90 days of the course)
  • Print the on-line completion certificate and bring that with you to the class
