NEOA3 Official Launch

A Brand New Art Organization for Asian Artists + Creatives!

The vision for NEOA3 (Northeast Ohio Asian American Arts) grew out of Cleveland-based artist Jordan Wong's FOR THOSE WHO CALL HERE HOME: Transforming AsiaTown with a Community Outdoor Space, a Transformative Arts Fund project in Cleveland’s AsiaTown. When the project’s call for artists drew a significant response from Asian artists across the region, it became clear just how much creative talent—and how much desire for connection—exists within our community.

NEOA3 is here to bring that community together.

Recognizing the historical isolation and underrepresentation of Asian artists in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio, NEOA3 is building a unified community rooted in the belief that amplified voices and shared cultural perspectives can transform and uplift spaces, places, and people.

We support and champion contemporary Asian art and artists through professional development, social gatherings, creative connections, and opportunities to increase the visibility of local Asian creative talent.

Join us for an evening of celebration, connection, and community with fellow artists, creatives, and supporters of Asian art in Northeast Ohio.

Co-founder and Executive Director Jordan Wong will present NEOA3’s vision and upcoming programming, introduce Co-founder and Operations Director Elaine Tso and the Founding Five Board Members, and share what’s ahead for the organization.

Guests will also have the opportunity to explore Zygote Press, our gracious host for the evening, and learn more about its work supporting and building community among local artists.

All are welcome!
Whether you’re an Asian artist or creative, an arts professional, a supporter of Asian art and culture, or simply someone who wants to meet people and be part of building something together, you’re invited.

Come celebrate the launch of NEOA3 and help us take the first step toward a stronger, more connected Asian arts community in Northeast Ohio.

Let’s connect, unify, and champion Asian artists together.
