Negroni Lab

We're a busy, Roman-inspired restaurant in the Mission from Delfina Restaurant Group's Craig & Anne Stoll. We serve dinner six nights a week. Our food is rooted in Italian tradition and driven by the Bay Area's seasonal bounty. Our kitchen practices whole animal butchery, in-house salume production, live-fire cooking, handmade pasta, and a daily changing menu, including a special gnocchi every Thursday. Our wine list is highly curated with the best, benchmark Italian and French wines. And, of course, we have a full bar serving seasonal craft cocktails.

And more surprises.
