Do I need to be vaccinated to attend this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Everyone is required to be fully vaccinated AND boosted within the past 2 years. We strongly recommend that you get the September 2024 booster, but any Booster in the last 2 years will be acceptable. Exceptions for medical/geographical/personal circumstan will be permitted with advance notice.

We offer a very limited number of travel scholarships to people who would otherwise be unable to attend.

How do I get a free ticket for the event?

Volunteers and presenters get free registration for 4 "credits" contributed to the event! 4 hours of volunteering = 1 credit; 1 presentation = 2 credits.

What is the event dress code? What do I wear?

During the day, comfortable clothing is advised.  During the play party, nudity is allowed in the dungeon while playing, but you will be walking through a public hotel lobby to get there, so bring a nice coverup to keep it vanilla until you get to your destination!

Yes! This is a fantastic and safe place to be who you are even if you aren't out in the rest of your life. Our community is so delightfully queer and diverse in gender and sexuality!

We will have snacks. Snacks are important. They will mostly be on the 8th floor, so make sure to go upstairs and grab some! Mephki will be very sad if they can't run loose in the Costco to get treatos for everyone.
