Needlefelting Workshop

The mission of Gammelgården Museum of Scandia is to preserve, present, and promote Swedish immigrant heritage and history. Through engaging exhibitions, educational programs, and community events, the museum aims to celebrate and share the rich history, arts, culture, traditions, and customs of the Scandinavian people as they relate to and impact contemporary American society.

Use cookie cutters or create your own shapes using a variety of colors of wool as you learn the basics of needlefelting. The needlefelted items you make can be used as ornaments, pins, or wool coasters.This class is good for children ages 8+ years old and adults. Children must have an adult with them in order to take the class.$15 per person/$25 for an adult and child. All supplies are provided.Register early to guarantee a spot!
