NDT CAMHS Workshop on Sensory Processing 04/11/25 and 11/11/25 EVENING
A two session workshop on understanding and supporting sensory differences.
Session 1 - Tuesday 4th November 6-7pm
Session 2 - Tuesday 14th October at 6-7pm
Please note these sessions are only open to parents of children on the waitlist for neurodevelopmental assessment at South West London and St Georges NDT team. If you get a ticket, you will be asked to provide your child's full name and date of birth, which will then be checked against our waitlist. The session link will only be provided those whose child can be found on our waitlist.
Children and young people with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often have differences in how they process sensory information from the world around them. E.g. disliking some noises/lights, or having a strong interest in certain smells/tastes, etc.
Join us online on Tuesday November 4th and Tuesday November 11th at 6pm to learn about how our senses can impact our daily lives, and practical strategies to support individuals with sensory processing challenges.
The first session will be more informative, and the second session will have time built in for you to bring specific concerns you have for your child.
This workshop is run by a qualified Occupational Therapist.
