Please join authors of the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5) and the Hazard and Climate Resilience Institute at Boise State University for an in-person workshop to discuss climate change in the Northwest. This meeting will be held in the Simplot BDE Room of the Student Union at Boise State University on May 22, 2024, from 1-5pm (MT).

The program will include presentations by authors from the Northwest, Complex Systems, Transportation, and Social Systems and Justice chapters, leadership of the U.S. Global Change Research Program, and regional practitioners. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and discuss climate change topics with the authors and to get support on understanding and implementing the findings and topics of NCA5 within their own spaces.

All interested stakeholders are encouraged to register and attend. Registration is free. Please note this is an in-person event and attendance is capped at 160 due to room limitations.

An agenda will be sent to all registered attendees in advance of the workshop.
