Please join the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5) Midwest chapter team for an in-person workshop to learn about NCA5 and how to apply the NCA as a resource in your climate related work. This workshop will be held at the Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul on May 13, 2024 from 1-3:30pm (CT).

Registration for the Workshop is free and open to the public. The National Adaptation Forum (NAF) begins the following day (May 14-16), and NAF attendees are encouraged to participate in this workshop. Please note that in-person attendance is capped at 75 due to room limitations.

The program will include presentations by NCA5 chapter authors, and will highlight the Midwest Chapter key findings. The session will also include a brief overview of the National Climate Resilience Framework. Following presentations, participants will have the opportunity to work with regional climate experts to discuss how the key findings from NCA5 are meaningful in their communities and to receive help connecting with programs and resources that can advance their climate planning efforts.

An agenda will be sent to all registered attendees in advance of the workshop.
