We provide a safe, peaceful place for you to reconnect with yourself through nature. We have 18 acres to explore with 4 horses, a cat, woods and a pond. This is a place for you to slow down, disconnect from technology and get a different perspective resulting in healthier life choices. Being with the horses and out in nature provides an opportunity for you to be present; to gain a new perspective on what you want to keep in your life and what you may choose to change.
To begin I will show you where the facilities are and then we will take care of a few housekeeping documents. We will walk around the property so you can decide where you will choose to spend some of you time at The Resting Place. Will you wander the woods, rest in a hammock, interact with horses and/or a cat? Or choose focused journaling? I touch base with each participant throughout the day for micro coaching sessions. Lunch is included and comes from The Triple Nickep Diner. We will gather as a group at the end of the day for sharing your insignst from the day (always optional).
