This group will meet five times for 90 minutes each. The group is for teens aged 15-19 who identify as neurodivergent. The workshops will focus on identifying personal strengths and challenges that impact social interaction, understanding personal communication styles, and exploring strategies to confidently navigate social interactions.
You will be prompted to pick a date. Each session is priced at $75.00.

All attendees will be asked to participate in a brief screening call with Elaine Barber to ensure that the program is the best fit for each teen. Participants with questions are encouraged to contact her directly at info@lifefwd.net. Elaine Barber is a life coach, a mentor for Autistic young adults, and a mother of two.
