The transitional period from perimenopause to menopause is considered a critical window in a woman's health. Often called a "second" or "reverse" puberty, it often brings on symptoms that are confusing and frustrating. Transition to menopause can be difficult to navigate.

During the class we will dive into:

Natallia Lambrecht, MS, CNS is a clinical nutritionist, a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a founder of Synergia Nutrition LLC. Natallia earned her Master’s degree from the University of Bridgeport. She also became certified with the American Nutrition Association after completing nutrition residency program and fulfilling the rigorous requirements of becoming a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®).This is the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners.

Natallia strongly believes that bio-individuality of each person should be at the core of successful nutritional therapy. Our biological, genetic, physiological, and environmental differences provide a vital key for identifying the underlying causes of many health ailments in modern society. Natallia helps her clients resolve complex chronic health conditions and improve their quality of life. She applies the principles of functional medicine and delivers a truly personalized action plan to restore health and vitality with healing foods, botanicals and wellness practices.

Natallia lives in New Hampshire with her husband and three sons. She enjoys cooking, Pilates and running, gardening and traveling with her family.
