  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Session Dates

  1. May 14, 2025 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. (CST)
  2. May 28, 2025 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. (CST)

Have you thought about leaving work you are deeply passionate about because you feel betrayed, guilty, or angry about what’s happening? Do you feel like you only have two options—flip tables or say nothing—to respond when things happen at work that feel fundamentally wrong? Then this 2-part training and applied conversation is for you!

In part one, join us to learn more about how a strong occupational identity connection in mission-driven work amplifies and intensifies the experiences and impacts of moral injuries on workers and agencies. We will also begin to explore an action and risk planning tool to help you decide what options you have for responding when it feels wrong to do nothing.

In part two, join us for a robust exploration and group discussions of approaches to respond to moral injuries by exploring resilience and resistance strategies and when to use them for maximum impact. Come ready to share your ideas, boundaries, and opportunities to take action that helps you be more sustainable even in times of great moral and ethical upheaval.

Grounded Practice Consulting, LLC with J. Ganz Consulting, LLC are ready to help you learn, navigate, and act in ways that help support better sustainability and wellbeing in your career without sacrificing your moral compass. Visit our websites to learn more about us. Register today!
