Learn ways to navigate high conflict in court, evaluations, and how to create a safe and positive home for your child. We will also dive into how to transform from pain to freedom as a parent.

Week 1—Wednesday, 12/1: Conflict and Our Relationship to Control

In this workshop, participants will learn effective ways to navigate the court system and reduce conflict, while developing valuable tools to make transitions safe and effective for our children. Specific strategies will also be discussed to prepare for evaluations and neutralize conflict in emails and other forms of communication.

Week 2—Wednesday, 12/8: Creating a Home That is Safe and Positive

In the second week, participants will focus on ways to support a child's overall needs and emotions. Learn to create a model that is positive and healthy for all feelings and experiences. We will also discuss the idea of parallel parenting, the art of self-love and forgiveness, and how to create a strong foundation without competing with your ex-partner.

Week 3—Wednesday, 12/15: The New Normal—At Home and In the World

In week three, participants will discuss how to learn from the past to transform who you are today as a parent and citizen of the world. We will also focus on recognizing blended families and navigating the balance and impact on children. Finally, we will discuss the transformation of the self and how to use this as an act of service for your community.

Fee: $135 for all 3 sessions.
