In this class brought to you by CalFresh Healthy Living and Nevada County Public Health, we will discuss how to identify healty food choices by using the Nutrition Facts Panel and ingredient list, evaluate health claims and food marketing techniques, and outsmart the grocery store. Class includes a recipe and tasting. This will be an in-person class.
