Not all journeys are easy—and they’re not meant to be.
Some of the most meaningful breakthroughs are born from the hardest moments.
Join us for an intimate and powerful evening with two exceptional facilitators, Jenna and Eric, as we explore what it means to navigate the shadowy, complex, and often transformative terrain of challenging psych-e-delic experiences.
Together, we’ll discuss:
- What happens during a “difficult trip” and how to work with it
- How to hold space for yourself and others when things get intense
- How to recognize the hidden wisdom in emotional or spiritual discomfort
- Tools for integration, support, and grounding after the experience
Whether you're a journeyer, guide, therapist, or just curious—this evening offers real-world insight from two deeply experienced clinicians and educators.
💫 Meet the Facilitators:
Jenna holds a Master's in Buddhist Psychology & Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University, where she has served as a faculty member since 2015. With over 12 years in private practice, she specializes in couples and group therapy and brings a deep understanding of mindfulness, emotional processing, and somatic wisdom to her work.
Eric is a licensed psychotherapist with 14+ years of experience and a graduate of both Smith College and Naropa’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy training. A former VA clinician with deep experience in trauma and psychosis-spectrum care, Eric now brings a grounded, integrative approach to therapy, blending meditation, EMDR, and psychedelic-informed techniques.
Together, Jenna and Eric offer a compassionate, clinical, and human approach to the very real challenges—and powerful gifts—that can arise in altered states of consciousness.
🌿 This event is donation-based and open to all.
Bring your questions, your experiences, your curiosity—and let’s navigate the shadows, together.
