Navigating Change
When faced with a change, do you wish things could just go back to “normal”? Is it getting increasingly difficult to cope with all the changes you are facing? Join us for an engaging dialogue where we will explore a path out of the overwhelm along with practical tools to support personal and professional well-being through times of change.
This training provides two (2) contact hours, CEU applicable for most professions. A certificate of attendance will be provided via email after the class.
OBJECTIVES:
- Participants will understand the neurobiology of stress in times of change
- Participants will be able to identify at least three personal or professional strategies to navigate change
FAQs
Where will this take place? This class will meet in the 2nd floor classroom at University Health 1 (UH1). Visitor parking is available in the lot behind the building.
What is the event schedule? The class will meet from 10:00am-12:00pm Central time. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking, locate the meeting room, and sign in. We will take a break during the session.
Refund policy: Refunds must be requested at least 3 days prior to the training. Eventbrite fees are not refundable.
