  • Artistic Expression: Channel your inner child and create a paper collage! Drea will show you how to make a nature themed artwork that reflects your inner vision.
  • Trail Exploration: Embark on a scenic journey through the trails of Lake Livingston State Park, immersing yourself in the beauty of nature.
  • Group Discussion: Engage in meaningful conversations and contemplative discussion, exploring profound topics and their personal significance.
  • Cookout and Games: Bring your meats to put on the grill or bring a sack lunch. Also, bring any card games or board games you'd want to play!

Throughout the day, we encourage you to embrace vulnerability, authenticity, and inner transformation. Together, we'll create a space of shared introspection and growth, allowing our spirits to find their voice amidst the power of silence.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bring a yoga mat and a journal. If you do not have a journal, paper will be provided.
  • It is recommended that you wear long pants or leggings to protect your legs.
  • Water and light snacks will be provided.
  • Bring a sack lunch or anything you'd want to cook on thr grill! We will have coolers to store any meats. This is a 5-hour trip, so pack accordingly.


TRANSPORTATION INFO

Transportation to the park is not provided. Everyone will arrive at 12pm. Please be on time, or contact us ahead of time so you will know where to meet us (contact info will be provided when you purchase your ticket).
