Nature Journaling
A mini morning retreat leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and connected. Starting our morning with a brief grounding breath, followed by a trail walk/hike to get your body moving together. We will break for another reconnection with self leading to independent time to explore and journal through writing, art, photography or another creative way that speaks to you. We will end together sharing experiences, honoring each other and our nature space for the immersed experience of the morning.
It is requested to pre-register in order to ensure you have the details, schedule and contact information. A journal- blank or lined- is encouraged. Your own materials is welcome, however, we will provide that fo ryou as well as any mats needed for sitting or laying in the grass.
