Nature Center Sundays are select Sundays of each month full of exciting activities and opportunities to explore Helton and Trueheart Nature Park. These Sundays are designed to bring families and nature lovers together for a day of exploration. Nature Center Sundays offer a variety of activities including story time, guided nature walks, nature workshops, nature backpack check out, and hands on nature crafts. It is a perfect way to spend a Sunday, connecting with nature and discovering the wonders of the great outdoors!

Participants will have the chance to explore the diverse habitats of bugs, discover their lifecycles and the important roles they play in the ecosystem. Through hands on activities participants will gain a deeper appreciation for these tiny yet mighty creatures.
