The Randall’s Island Park Alliance, Inc. (RIPA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works with the City of New York and local communities to provide an innovative and exciting destination through a wide range of sports venues, cultural events and environmental exploration. As the dedicated steward of Randall’s Island Park, the Alliance sustains, maintains, develops and programs the Park to support the wellbeing of all New Yorkers.

Randall's Island Urban Farm

Join us for a FREE hands-on workshop where you’ll create beautiful, eco-friendly dyes using natural materials from our gardens, and transform textiles into works of art! T-shirts will be provided, but we also encourage bringing your own to ensure that it will be your size. This class is open to all ages, perfect for beginners and those looking to expand their crafting skills.Location: Randall's Island Urban FarmIf taking public transit, take 4, 5, or 6 trains to 125th Street &amp; Lexington. Take the M35 Bus from NW corner towards Randall’s Island and exit at the Hell Gate Circle/Field 61 stop. Turn right on Hell Gate Circle, and then left onto Ward's Meadow Loop until you reach the farm. Enter and follow signs for the Natural Dyeing Workshop!If driving, use Google Maps or alternative navigation tools and enter “Randall's Island Urban Farm." There is parking opposite from the farm entrance. Enter and follow signs for the Natural Dyeing workshop!
