About this event
- 1 hour
Join us for an exciting event dedicated to exploring the fascinating world of native pollinators in the Inland Empire! Discover the incredible role these little creatures play in our ecosystem and how they contribute to the growth of our local flora. Get ready to dive deep into the world of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators through an engaging presentation. Whether you are a nature enthusiast, a gardener, or simply curious about these buzzing wonders, this event is perfect for you! Don't miss this opportunity to learn about, connect with, and appreciate the beauty of our Inland Empire's native pollinators.
"Save the bees" is a slogan reverberated throughout the media. However, how can we save the bees if we do not understand what they need to survive? What are the greatest factors putting them at risk? With 4,000 native bee species in the United States and 1,600 species in California, there is much to learn about our native bees. In addition, learn about some of our "at-risk" native plants, their pollinators, and how you can help with habitat restoration. Ecosystem interactions are vital to maintain biodiversity, starting with the soil.
This event is available via a donation of any amount. Thank you for your support!
