Native American-Style Flutes are simple and intuitive instruments used for connecting deeply to the self and spirit. They are widely used for a variety of reasons including self-expression, during prayer and mindfulness practices and for personal growth.
Native Style flutes make a great additional to all healing modalities including massage, reiki, energy work, reflexology, and sound healing.
During this class you will:
Get familiar with your flute
Learn how to hold your flute &amp; catch bad playing habits
Play the pentatonic scale
Learn techniques like &#x27;tonguing&#x27; and &#x27;jumping notes&#x27; and more!
Learn practice techniques
Create your very own melodies
Journey to connect with your flute
Exchange flute energy with the intention of healing
Experience playing in/with/for nature (weather permitting)
