The Natural Areas Conservancy (NAC) will host a guided walk on the Siwanoy Trail at Pelham Bay Park as part of National Trails Day in order to explore the trail and learn about our local ecosystem. Attendees will learn about sustainable trail building, plant id, and wetland ecology. If you are attending, please fill out this volunteer waiver.

All ages are welcome. Attendees under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.


Location: Pelham Bay & Split Rock Golf Courses Parking Lot (870 Shore Rd, Bronx, NY 10464)

Time: 10am - 1pm

What should you bring:

A water bottle

Weather appropriate clothing

Sturdy, closed toe shoes

Insect Repellent (optional)
