ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Vice President of Events
The Vice President of Events shall be responsible, under the direction of the Chapter President, for planning and conductng public events of the Corporation. The Vice President of Events shall prepare and submit to the Chapter President the Corporation's annual events calendar on or before August 1st of the year prior to the beginning of such annual calendar. The Vice President of Events shall confirm the details of each public event of the Corporation and the financial resources needed to execute each such event at least twelve (12) week prior to each scheduled event. The Vice President of Events shall determine a target number of Associate Member aIendees at the annual conference held by NSN and shall create a "sales plan" with respect to such annual conference. The Vice President of Events shall also perform such duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the Chapter President or the Board
Director of Events
The Director of Events shall be responsible, under the direction of the Vice President of Events, for assis8ng in planning and conducting public events of the Corporation. The Director of Events shall assist the Vice President of Events in the preparation and submission of the annual events calendar. The Director of Events shall assist the Vice President of Events in confirming the details of each public event of the Corporations and the financial resources needed to execute each such event at least twelve (12) week prior to each scheduled event. The Director of Events shall assist the Vice President of Events in determining a target number of Associate Member aIendees at the annual conference held by NSN and creating a "sales plan" with respect to such annual conference. The Director of Events shall perform the duties of the Vice President of Events in his/her absence. The Director of Events shall lead any marketing conference committee if such committee is formed and shall also perform such duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the Chapter President or the Board.
Director of Finance
The Director of Finance shall be the principal accounting and financial officer of the Corporation. The Director of Finance shall have charge of and be responsible for the maintenance of adequate books of account for the Corporation and shall have charge and custody of all funds and securities of the Corporation, and be responsible therefor, and for the receipt and disbursement thereof. The Director of Finance shall prepare and deliver to the Chapter President monthly financial statements for the Corporation, including, without limitation, statements of profit and loss, balance sheet and accounts receivable/accounts payable (the "Financial Statements"). In connection with the preparation of the Financial Statements, the Director of Finance shall review the Corporation's financial position and make recommendations on a regular basis to the Chapter President to reduce the Corporation's costs. The Director of Finance shall coordinate with the Vice President of Business Development of the Corporation to manage all accounts receivable on behalf of the Corporation. The Director of Finance shall serve as account signatory on all bank accounts of the Corporation and shall be required to execute all checks made by the Corporation. The Director of Finance shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Chapter President or by the Board of Directors. If required by the Board of Directors, the Director of Finance shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of his or her duties in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the Board of Directors shall determine.
Director of Administration
It shall be the duty of the Director of Administration to keep a record of the names and addresses of members of the Board, to send out notices of meetngs and conduct correspondence as directed by the Chapter President. The Director of Administration shall record aIendance, proceedings and transactions of all meetngs of the Board and the Members. The Director of Administration shall provide copies of all meeting minutes to participants within five (5) business days of each meeting and shall maintain historical records with respect to all meetings of the Board and the Members.
