About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Following her debut comedy special “I Was Supposed to Get Married Today” shot on her canceled wedding day, and launching a growing startup mybreakupregistry.com, comedian Natasha Pearl Hansen takes you on the journey of breakup recovery, self rediscovery, and tales of her relationships with men, family, money, health, and the grotesque modern ideologies of adulthood.

Gritty, honest, highly relatable and classily dirty, “The Right Amount of Wrong” picks up where Natasha’s last special left off, filling the audience in on the nuances of moving on with life, and hilarious stories from all seasons of life; from family to dating to career to finding reasons to unfollow children on Instagram.

Natasha Pearl Hansen is an award winning comedian, creator, producer, and entrepreneur seen on shows on Hulu, Fox, Comedy Central, Amazon and Apple TV. She co-produced and wrote her first comedy special “I Was Supposed to Get Married Today” released on Prime Video 2021, and launched her company mybreakupregistry.com shortly thereafter. She tours regularly through major cities in the US, is a regular at clubs in LA, Chicago and New York, and this show will be the preview of her new hour before it’s debut at EdFringe and second comedy special taping!

Organized by

Known primarily for the nation’s longest running independent comedy show (The Lincoln Lodge) we also produce special events, help others organizations to raise money with comedy events and offer classes (Feminine Comique and Stand-Up Seminary) to encourage more community participation in stand-up comedy. We have been very successful at nurturing local talent and can point to a long line of alumni like Hannibal Burress, Kyle Kinane, T.J. Miller, Pete Holmes and Cameron Esposito who all got their start at The Lodge. Our reputation for professionalism, talent and integrity means organizations such as Just for Laughs and Comedy Central have invited us to collaborate with them.
