Join award winning fiber artist, Kim Keelor, for this 3-hour workshop. Learn how to create a flat needle felted “painting” using only wool and silk. No sewing. Your skyline artwork will be framed in an 8-inch hoop. Leave with a finished textile piece to be proud of!
