Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No. Each person must register as an attendee to attend.

Can I register as a company and list everyone who is attending with me?

No. There is no group registration. Each person attending must register separately.

What can I bring into the event?

Attendees may bring business cards and/or marketing materials to share. All bags, backpacks and other items may be opened and inspected at the discretion of security officers. All visitors must pass through a metal-detecting magnetometer screening device.

Question 4

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

A parking pass will be emailed to all registered attendees prior to 9/9. This pass is required to enter the Visitor Complex parking lot free of charge. It is an approximate 3-minute walk from the turnstiles to the Astronaut Memorial Foundation. Transportation to the venue is not provided.

Where can I get lunch? Coffee or other beverages?

Starbucks will open at 8:30 a.m. for attendees. Orders can be placed using the Starbucks mobile app. Lunch can be purchased at one of the food trucks in front of the building or at any open food service location inside the Visitor Complex.
