No. All tickets that are sold will not be refundable.

Simply flash your successful email confirmation to the staff at the checkout counter at the event space.

Can I bring a friend along for the session?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately 1 confirmation email is entitled to 1 entry. Your companion will need to purchase a ticket as well well to join you.

What is the easiest way to get there?

The closest MRT station is Tanjong Pagar Mrt Station (EW15) on the East West Green Line. Walk straight when you tap out and take the lift in the centre to Level 5. Upon reaching level 5, there will be directional signages to guide you.

Can i use my $100 voucher outside of the event area?

Accepted Answer

No. Vouchers are ONLY redeemable at Angsana Room, Sofitel Singapore City Centre on your ticket dated and not at any other NARS Free standing stores, NARS Counter at TANG Plaza or Sephora stores.
