Featuring The Napa Valley College Advanced Culinary Program students and faculty preparing and providing for you a dynamic dining experience in an educational atmosphere!

Please join us for a three-course luncheon on either a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from April 30th to May 9th at the Main Campus in Napa at your chosen time of either 11:30am or 12:00pm. To select a date, under “When and Where,” there’s a drop down for “more options” with dates and times. Choose the date and time you would like by highlighting it, and then click on Ticket.

This creative, restaurant simulation gives our students the opportunity to practice their culinary, service and restaurant operations skills while providing our community with exceptional value and an introduction to the chefs of the future. This year's three-course menu represents the creativity and diversity of our advanced culinary students. Each course is paired with a mocktail created by our students (included in the reservation ticket).

Please make us aware of any food allergies upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate dietary allergies and restrictions, but please note that is curated by the students to the showcase their culinary techniques and the menu is not designed as an a la carte experience.

All reservations are pre-paid and the price is inclusive. Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded, but we will allow for the advance transfer of your ticket to another guest:

$25 ticket will include one tasting flight of three wines (2oz each) (Make sure to select the same date and time as your entry ticket.) Retail: 10$ NVCS House Blend Coffee & SWAG

N ote: Due to the academic and learning environment, menus cannot be published at this time, although one meat/ fish menu and one vegetarian menu will be planned. While we respect your dietary needs, the limitations of the school and teaching environment cannot allow for substitutions or alterations to the dishes on the menu.

Party sizes are limited to no more than six per table and may be limited due to time and space. Arrivals who are more than 15 minutes late may not be seated at the discretion of the Chef Instructor.

This experience will take place at:

Napa Valley College's Main Campus, located at 2277 Napa Vallejo Hwy, Napa, CA 94558 in room 1731, also known as our on-campus Community Room. Once on campus, follow signs to the 1700 building. Guests may park in the parking lot adjacent to the Community Room.

Napa Valley College's Community Education is offered throughout the Napa Valley with administrative offices located in St. Helena at the Upper Valley Campus. The program is comprised of workshops, fee-based classes, noncredit (no-fee) classes, educational trips and tours, special events, and short-term vocational training programs. Enjoy a variety of classes to choose from in subject areas such as the arts, writing, culinary arts, gardening/outdoors, computer literacy, modern languages and ESL.
