Donna Licciardi

Regional Director - Subcontractor EngagementAs the Regional Subcontractor Engagement Director, Donna Licciardi, will implement and inform diversity processes and procedures to ensure participation goals are met. Donna maximizes diversity participation on projects by engaging firms with a supportive infrastructure of resources, information, and opportunities. She collaborates closely with project teams to engage the subcontractor community and oversees the Subcontractor Engagement program. In addition, Donna is a Certified Compliance Administrator (CCA).

Jasmina Lukolic

Manager – Subcontractor Engagement

Jasmina is the Subcontractor Engagement Manager, collaborating closely with project teams during preconstruction, procurement, and operations to promote M/WBE participation. She leverages her extensive experience and relationships to maintain an inclusive bidders list and recommend qualified M/WBE firms. Jasmina leads monthly meetings to monitor the Subcontractor Engagement program’s progress and ensure thorough documentation of good faith efforts. Holding Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials, she plays a key role in driving compliance initiatives forward.
