About this event

Founder of TA Community - Knut Randhem and Rubina Tiyu will be working with Lita Nithiyandan and Steve Chua of GOS (Gastrogeography of Singapore) to extensively curate a menu that brings together local flavoursto Scandinavian cuisine.

From curing mango, creating Swedish spring rolls to payasam sorbet, every dish will take into consideration of discovering our neighbourhood and sourcing locally.
