<p>At 18, Anthony DeVito learned a family secret. At 38, he&#x27;s ready to share.</p><p>&quot;My Dad isn&#x27;t Danny DeVito&quot; is a one person show about an unraveling family secret. Growing up, all Anthony DeVito knew about his Dad was how he died before he was born. At 18, Anthony&#x27;s Mom told him the truth about his father. But 10 years later, he learned she hadn&#x27;t told him the whole truth. Kept quiet since he was 18, he&#x27;s opening what he&#x27;s guarded for most of his life. Asking himself the question &quot;would I be a different person if my father lived?&quot; Offering up an intimate conversation about nurture versus nature, identity, childhood and Italian masculinity performed by one of NYC&#x27;s most moderately successful stand up comedians.</p><p>Performer bio: Originally from New Jersey, Anthony DeVito is a NYC based comedian. He&#x27;s appeared on CBS The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central Stand Up Presents: Anthony DeVito, Comedy Central&#x27;s Adam Devine&#x27;s House Party, and was one of the “New Faces” at the 2012 Montreal Just for Laughs Festival. In addition to stand-up, he&#x27;s been featured on &quot;This American Life,&quot; was a writer on Netflix&#x27;s The Break with Michelle Wolf, and wrote for the 2018 White House Correspondents Dinner.</p><h3>SHOW INFO</h3><p>Doors 6:30 PM, show 7:00 PM.Tickets $15 in advance, $20 at the door.</p><p>21+</p><p>No outside food or drink is allowed.</p><h3>COVID POLICIES</h3><p>As we re-open we&#x27;re doing everything we can to keep our audience, performers, and staff safe and are complying with all Covid regulations.</p><p>As part of this, all attendees must present proof of full vaccination to enter. Proof can be via the <a href="https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/excelsior-pass" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">New York State Excelsior pass</a>, a physical copy of the CDC card, a photo of your CDC card, or other electronic record of vaccination includes name and date (e.g., some chain pharmacies have an app with this information).
