How is the parking at the store?

Parking in our rear lot will be limited. Please be mindful that we enforce our 30-minute parking spots and will tow if cars exceed the time limit. We recommend street parking and the O'Reilly Auto Parts lot, located across the street diagonal to us.

Eventbrite charges an extra fee! How can I bypass that?

To avoid additional entry fees, you can prepay for the event by paying in store, calling us with your credit card info, or requesting a digital invoice be sent to you via email. Please note that we charge a 2.4% taxed fee for all credit card purchases.

I paid for entry, but I'm not be able to make it after all. Can I get a refund?

Yes! Please call the store weekdays from 10am to 5pm and ask for Robert, our general manager. He will assist you in refunding your entry fee, although additional fees paid through Eventbrite are not guaranteed to be refunded.
