The Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) grant program provides support for communities across the Commonwealth to plan for climate change resiliency and implement priority adaptation projects.

- Review the Request for Responses (RFR) and application process for the new MVP 2.0 Pilot Program.
- Provide an in-depth overview of MVP 2.0, including timeline and logistics.
This program is specifically for municipalities who have completed the first MVP Planning Grant ("MVP 1.0") and were certified as an MVP Community. This process will help expand participation, build social resilience, and transition from planning the action.
