We are a Midwestern take on a classic Meat N Three. Diners choose a main meat with three sides to accompany it. We also offer homemade desserts, classic cocktails, boozy floats and craft beers. We are also vegetarian friendly!

Saint Lou's Assembly

Eat, drink and educate yourself with Multicourse, a series of three-course cocktail classes inspired by flavors from around the globe. Learn how to create divine cocktails with our MONEYGUN masters while enjoying accompanying dishes by Executive Chef Carlos Cruz of Saint Lou’s Assembly. Join us on Thursday, April 20 at 7 p.m. as we take your taste buds to Italy.
Menu Antipasto Tomato water, house burrata, cured meats and toast Paired with Sgroppino House Gnocchi  Brown butter and eggplant relish Paired with Aperol Spritz Braciole Tomato sauce, grana padana and crispy basil Paired with Negroni  Amaro Panna Cotta  Espresso carmel, cocoa strusel and coffee ice cream Paired with Amari
Tickets are $75, not including tax and gratuity.
