Musicians of the Washington National Opera Orchestra will be performing a tour de force program including an arrangement for strings and harp of the Final Scene from the opera Capriccio by Richard Strauss and starring WNO Cafritz Young Artist and 2023 Met Laffont Competition Grand Finals Winner soprano, Teresa Perrotta.

Comprising 63 musicians hailing from all over the United States, the orchestra also performs for Kennedy Center ballet and musical theater productions and is the only ensemble in the country dedicated to the performance of all three musical genres.
