This workshop will explore how music has been used in many world religions and spiritual groups through the centuries to the present to connect people with the divine. Participants will listen to a variety of examples of music during periods of meditation and contemplation, discovering how music enhances their meditation practice and spiritual experience. Through the use of music, participants will be encouraged to develop an on-going practice of transformational growth.

Mary has thirty years of experience working with families as a psychotherapist and leading workshops on trauma and relationships. Currently, she offers coaching on weight, clutter, relationships, parenting and spiritual growth through her private practice, “Peaceful Living Consults”.
