Learn how to grow mushrooms and take home your own Blue Oyster Mushroom Grow Kit. At the workshop, we will cover the mushrom life cycle, basic identification, how to grow mushrooms year-round indoors, and some of our favorite ways to prepare blue oyster mushrooms.  The workshop will be interactive, walking you through a day in the life of an urban mushroom farmer. Participants will also make their own mushroom grow bags to take home and harvest mushrooms in as little as three weeks. We look forward to sharing our urban farm and our passion for mushrooms with you!
