Muse Presents: ApacheCon Bug Bash 2020

The ApacheCon Bug Bash is a 48 hour virtual event where teams compete to smash as many bugs in select Apache projects as they can.

The Bug Bash live virtual competition, hosted by <a href="https://github.com/marketplace/muse-dev" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MuseDev</a> and sponsored by <a href="https://www.apachecon.com/acna2020/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ApacheCon</a>, brings developers together in a live setting to find and fix as many bugs as possible in 48 hours. Centered around specific Apache Open Source Projects, participants rapidly work through a list of bugs curated by MuseDev using the Muse Platform. Form a team with friends or join a team to make new ones, and compete for prizes, glory, and the gratitude of the Apache Community. Teams are capped at six, and teams with the most bugs caught at the end of the Bash win. HOW TO PLAY | 1. Sign up for the Bash with a team of up to six, or opt to be assigned to a team. 2. On the day before the bash, you'll recieve instructions to get setup with your team. 3. Players will be onboarded to the Competition on Tuesday September 29th. On September 30th, the bash begins. 4. During the event, you'll partner with coders on your team to smash bugs in a list of pre-analyzed bugs. For each PR you submit, your team earns a point. Select bug categories will earn you additional points. 5. The event will take place on Discord (for players) and will be live streamed.
