MUSC Personality and Messaging Workshops

MUSC is setting out to develop and launch a large-scale brand awareness campaign, mainly focused on its education and research missions. We have partnered with one of the leading research and marketing firms in the country to help us develop our strategy and messaging.
We need your unique voice to help us define and articulate MUSC’s brand personality and voice which will guide us in creating content we will share with the world about our university's education and research mission.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In these interactive and informative sessions, you will answer questions like:
- What are the personality traits and characteristics of MUSC?
- What is MUSC’s voice?
- Why does MUSC exist and what is its deepest motivation?
- What stories define MUSC above all else?
DATES
You may attend one of three workshops per day but participants are encouraged to attend both days if possible.
Personality Workshops – April 5.
Messaging Workshops – April 6.

HOW TO REGISTER
Click the red "Select a Date" button (located at the top right corner of this page if you are on desktop or the bottom of this page if you are on mobile) and follow the prompts. You will receive an email confirmation, which includes a calendar invitation.
LOCATION
The workshops will be held at the MUSC Office of Communication located at 135 Cannon St. on the 4th floor, Suite 401. The office building is located on Cannon St between President St. and Ashely Ave.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Parking is available at the President Street Parking Garage. This garage is located at 91 President St, Charleston, SC, and is fee based. The charge can be calculated at $0.75 per half hour, $1.50 per hour, or $6.00 per day.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE GARAGE
Exit the parking garage onto President St. and turn left toward Cannon St. Take a right onto Cannon and the office is about a ½ block up on the right side of the street.
Take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow the signs to the Communications Office.
