Are there different Variations of MURPH Workout?

Yes, it may be partitioned in different ways and levels. We will have many options including a Partner Version. All fitness levels are welcomed!

Are pets allowed?

We love pets, but we ask that you please leave them at home on this day as we expect a large number of foot traffic in our space.

What time should I arrive prior to my heat time?

We ask that you arrive at least 15-20 mins before your scheduled heat time, so you can warm up on your own.

Is there a time cap?

Yes, 60 mins.

What are some Fueling Statergies?

- Fuel: this starts the night before. Eat a well balanced dinner Sunday night with a combination of protein, carbs, and fat. Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast the morning of that is easy on the stomach. Skipping breakfast may cause you to “bonk” in the middle of the workout due to lack of energy.

What are some Hydration Strategies?

Hydration: this also starts the day before! Drink electrolyte beverages such as propel, Gatorade, LMNT, liquid IV, etc. on the day of, have an electrolyte drink 1 hour before your start time. Lack of proper hydration can cause you to feel lightheaded and fatigued during the workout.

Do I have to be a member at LivingStone to participate?

No, everyone is welcomes as long as they purchase a ticket on eventbrite.

Where can I park?

Anywhere along Army St or/and across Broadway St at The BackYard Parking lot.
