Ever felt like you wanted to help a friend who was having a hard time but didn’t know how?
This workshop series is your ultimate guide to being the kind of friend we all need. Crafted by the pros at Adulting IRL, MediaRites, and Multco Youth Coalition, this isn’t just another lecture. It’s a deep dive into real talk and real actions that can literally save a life.
Join us and learn how to be there for your friends in ways that actually matter, share your stories and experiences, plus learn how to connect friends (and maybe even yourself) with the support that keeps the healing going.
Ready to be that friend who really gets it? Let’s do this.
FOR YOUTH: AGES 14-18
Join us for one of two sessions! OR join both!
Join us on May 11 to learn some Suicide Prevention training with Adulting IRL to help have mental wellness and intervention tools to support your friends (and yourself!)
Join us on May 18 for a listening session about what tough times you have gone through and what kind of support you wish you had. This listening session also will be recorded so that your story can be shared in a podcast ("The -Ism Youth Files"). You can still attend this training if you didn't attend the first one! You will be provided a survey by MultCo to fill out.
$100 Visa gift cards available for those who join us!
