Participants tend to run cold, so dress in layers. Please bring your mat, blanket, and small pillow for your head. The suggested participant setup for this class is two blankets - one to lay on your mat and one to cover yourself. A bolster or pillow for under your knees and a small pillow for under your head. The studio has a place to fill up your water bottles, and if you like to bring a relaxing tea to sip on after the sound bath to make the night out even more of a ritual.
The use of sacred smoke and optional oils will be used to assist in healing and centering into the meditation.
