Terms and Conditions
<ul>
<li>Kids under the age of 5 admitted for free with a GA ticket when accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with any festival ticket</li>
<li>No persons under the age of 21 will be permitted to drink alcohol at the festival. We may conduct security searches upon entry at our discretion to ensure the safety of all event goers</li>
<li>CBS Radio Inc., cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal property or belongings that is lost, stolen or damaged, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury, accident or illness</li>
<li>Ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the MudBug Bash in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our event however we choose</li>
<li>The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, and regulations while attending the event</li>
<li>We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets and do not issue refunds once tickets are purchased</li>
<li>Event is a RAIN or SHINE and no refunds will be made  </li>
<li>No re-admission once in event</li>
<li>Dog on leash, lawn chairs, blankets are allowed </li>
</ul>
Items are Prohibited:
<ul>
<li>Outside food, drink, or alcoholic beverages</li>
<li>Weapons (knives, pepper spray, any concealed weapons or firearms, etc.)</li>
<li>Illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks</li>
<li>Backpacks, suitcases, coolers, or other large bags</li>
<li>Unapproved marketing material of any kind (pamphlets, handouts, advertisements)</li>
<li>Other items as determined by facility security</li>
<li>All bags are subject to search upon entry to the event</li>
</ul>
